Age - 24 to 40 years
Responsibilities :
- Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through - Recruiting agents
- Training and developing agents on commission basis
- Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them to join the organization.
- cross selling them for different products

Requirements :
- Min 1 year experience in any sales and BFSI
- Graduation Must
- Two wheeler Mandate
- Candidate should be stayed in the location for more than 5 years
