Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry: Automobile Sales Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.

- Achieve monthly booking and retail targets.

- Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, and conversions.

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and NPS.

- Track team performance and maintain sales reports.

- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Insurance, and Delivery teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience in sales team handling and target achievement.

- Knowledge of CRM/DMS and MS Excel preferred.

- Two-wheeler ownership and a valid driving licence preferred, not mandatory.
