Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.

• Handle field visits, client meetings, and property/site coordination.

• Understand client requirements and match with available properties/services.

• Coordinate property visits, collect feedback, and support closure process.

• Follow up on payments, documentation, agreements, and onboarding.

• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: PUC / Any Degree

• Experience: Freshers or Experienced can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills required

• Willingness to travel and work on field

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is an added advantage
