About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Relationship Manager (FRM) to join our growing team in Chennai. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating property site visits, and supporting the sales team in field activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support field sales activities and follow up with prospects
• Assist clients with property information and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate / field sales / relationship management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to manage client visits and field activities independently
