Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Home Loan team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, building strong customer relationships, and assisting clients throughout the home loan process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for home loan products.
Identify potential customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable home loan solutions.
Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan sales.
Experience in BFSI, banking, NBFC, or financial services will be preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
