We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Jana Small Finance Bank. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Job Requirements:

Handling recovery for B0 to B4 bucket cases (Individual Loans)

Field role involving customer visits for collections

Must be comfortable with field work

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 3–6 months in relevant field (No freshers)

Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Requirement: Two-wheeler mandatory
