Job Description

•Build and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and Business people in assigned rural/semi-urban areas.

•Achieve monthly loan origination targets through group formation and sourcing individual lending

•Be present in regular group meetings, field visits, and loan disbursal activities

•Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely repayments from JLG members and Business loan members

•Meet collection targets and minimize NPAs in assigned portfolio

•Ensure 100% compliance with KYC, loan policies, and regulatory guidelines Cross-sell insurance/micro-savings products to existing JLG customer

•Local language proficiency and two-wheeler driving license mandatory

•Target-oriented with excellent communication and relationship skills.
