ICICI Bank is hiring graduates for the Relationship Manager role through its Sales & Relationship Management Program, conducted in collaboration with NIIT IFBI.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new customers, generating leads, converting prospects, managing mapped customer relationships and offering suitable banking products including Liability and Asset products.
The role combines sales, customer relationship management, banking services and digital banking, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, cross-selling and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through lead generation and business development.
Onboard new customers and complete the required documentation.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements through effective need analysis.
Recommend suitable ICICI Bank products and services.
Promote Liability and Asset products.
Generate business through cross-selling and upselling.
Encourage customers to adopt digital banking channels.
Regularly engage with mapped customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate service.
Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
Follow banking processes, compliance requirements and ethical sales practices.
Maintain accurate customer information and records.
