Key Responsibilities
Source and generate Home Loan and LAP business through DST activities
Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
Explain product features, interest rates, documentation, and eligibility clearly
Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets
Collect and verify customer documents as per credit policy
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely loan processing
Ensure high-quality customer service and quick turnaround time (TAT)
Maintain accurate customer data and sales MIS
Cross-sell other banking/financial products where applicable
Adhere to company policies, compliance norms, and ethical sales practices.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
