We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at HDFC LIFE. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of advisors/agents.

• Generate new business opportunities through field activities and references.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Guide advisors to achieve sales and business targets.

• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the team.

• Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

• Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports on time.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

• Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and market development.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
