Responsibilities:
Generate business through direct customer interactions and leads.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and insurance requirements.
Explain and recommend suitable life insurance, savings, protection and investment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business.
Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications.
Maintain regular customer communication and provide post-sales service.
Achieve assigned business and performance objectives.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Banking / Financial Services sales preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-facing and sales experience preferred.
