Job Description:

  • Generate business and cross-sell all banking products.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with an assigned customer portfolio.

  • Handle field sales activities and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loans or LAP (Loan Against Property) is preferred.

  • Candidates with prior Home Loan experience will be given additional preference.

  • Willingness to travel is required; knowing how to drive is an added advantage. A two-wheeler is mandatory.

  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Eligibility:

  • Graduation in any stream.

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving ability highly preferred.

  • Mandatory languages- English and Kannada
