Salary: ₹22000 Fixed per month + ₹11,000 incentives/variables
Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and energetic Relationship Managers to identify and connect with business owners, build relationships, and arrange meetings with our internal sales team. This is a lead-generation and appointment-setting role.
Key Responsibilities
● Meet and engage with business owners in the assigned territory.
● Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
● Understand basic business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
● Schedule and coordinate meetings between business owners and the internal sales
team.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meeting schedules.
● Achieve assigned meeting and outreach targets.
Eligibility Criteria
● MBA or equivalent PGDM (mandatory).
● Minimum 60% in Class 12, Graduation or MBA (mandatory in at least 2)
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to travel locally and meet business owners.
● Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
Compensation & Benefits
● Up to ₹22,000 per month.
