Job Title: Relationship Manager – Motor Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Relationship Managers (Motor Insurance) to expand and manage our POSP (Point of Sale Person) network. The role involves onboarding agents, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure business growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, meet, and onboard POSP agents in assigned locations
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing POS partners
Drive motor insurance sales and achieve monthly targets
Conduct on-ground training and provide continuous support to agents
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and operations
Ensure high levels of partner engagement and satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking (Agency Channel preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of local agent networks
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Graduate in any discipline
Willingness to travel extensively
