Generate new business through direct customer acquisition and lead generation.
Identify prospective customers and understand their financial needs and insurance requirements.
Explain Life Insurance products, policy features, benefits, premiums and terms to customers.
Conduct customer meetings and follow up with prospects to convert leads into policies.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and customer counselling to application submission and policy issuance.
Ensure accurate completion of KYC, application forms and other required documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and timely resolution of customer queries.
Maintain daily sales reports, lead pipelines and customer records.
Follow company sales processes and applicable insurance regulatory guidelines.
Support policy renewals and maintain customer engagement to improve policy persistency.
