We have Urgent Openings for the Position of Relationship Manager for Direct Sales Channel in Edelweiss Life Insurance Co ltd.

Ctc : 2.4 to 4 lpa ( Above 4 lpa in exceptional cases with proper stable life insurance sales Experience)

Location : Nagpur, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara.

Position : Relationship Manager ( Direct Sales Channel)

Prefered Candidates : Candidates with Proper BFSI Industry or Life Insurance Industry Background can apply.

JOB Description –

• To direct sell to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).

• To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call centre are attended and revenue is generated

• To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved

• To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained daily.

Criteria for Candidate

Candidate having experience in life insurance Min 2 to 4 years in Direct Channel or Agency Channel and candidate comfortable working for field Sale.

Criteria:

• Experience: 1 to 5 yrs of Sales Experience (Any field sales experience / Life Insurance Sales / Sales Experience from Broking Channel / Sales experience from BFSI sector or NBFC sector ) Candidates having life insurance knowledge will be an added advantage

• Qualification: Graduates with Good Communication Skills

• Age: Below 40 Years

• Language: English with any Regional Languages.

• CTC Offered: 2.8 Lacs to 4.00 Lacs.
