Sell Home Loan and LAP products to eligible customers.
Generate and convert leads through the assigned sales vertical.
Handle customer acquisition through DST or DSA channels.
For DST: Generate direct customer leads through calling, references, field visits and other direct sourcing methods.
For DSA: Develop and manage relationships with DSA/channel partners and generate business through them.
Understand customer financial and property requirements.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, tenure and product features.
Collect KYC, income and property-related documents.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams.
