Key Responsibilities:
Source and close home/secured loans through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels.
Generate quality leads and ensure high conversion with targeted yields.
Conduct preliminary credit assessment and coordinate with credit/ops teams for smooth processing and timely disbursal.
Maintain portfolio health with low delinquency and adherence to risk norms.
Manage and motivate the sales team; set and review monthly targets.
Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.
Ensure compliance with NBFC/RBI guidelines and timely MIS reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of secured lending, LAP, and Mortgage loans.
Sound knowledge of credit assessment and financial analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
Target-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
Familiarity with ROI-based lending (20–25%) segments preferred.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field with 2–5 years’ experience in NBFC/Banking (secured or home loan sales).
