Position: Relationship Manager (Field Sales)
Location: Chandrapur (with travel across 3–4 nearby districts)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to promote and sell our educational software products in Chandrapur and nearby districts. The candidate will regularly visit school principals, HR heads, and key decision-makers, demonstrate our products, and close deals. This is a field sales role requiring strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Visit schools, colleges, and institutions across assigned districts
Meet principals, HR heads, and other decision-makers to pitch solutions
Conduct product demos and presentations
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Submit daily/weekly reports and market feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
Previous experience in field sales (EdTech experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to travel extensively across 3–4 districts
Laptop, bike, and valid driving license are mandatory
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic technical understanding of software products (training will be provided)
