Are you passionate about sales and building strong business relationships? We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (DSA Channel) to accelerate our home loan business through a growing network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
In this role, you will be the driving force behind DSA success—empowering them with the right guidance, strategies, and support to achieve outstanding results while delivering a seamless home loan experience to customers.
🎯 What You’ll Do
🔹 Drive Sales & Expand Network
Own and achieve home loan sales targets through the DSA channel.
Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential DSAs to expand the network.
Develop innovative lead-generation and conversion strategies.
Coach DSAs to sharpen their pitch, negotiation, and closing skills.
🔹 Build Strong Customer Relationships
Ensure a smooth, positive, and transparent home loan journey for customers.
Resolve customer queries and concerns quickly and professionally.
Collaborate closely with processing and credit teams for timely approvals and disbursements.
🔹 Ensure Seamless Loan Processing
Guide DSAs in collecting accurate and complete documentation.
Maintain high-quality loan submissions aligned with internal policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fast-track approvals.
🔹 Stay Ahead of the Market
Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and rate movements.
Share market insights to strengthen sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
🔹 Reporting & Compliance Excellence
Monitor DSA performance and sales metrics regularly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
🎓 Education
Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Sales, or Marketing preferred).
💼 Experience
2–3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales.
Experience managing DSAs or channel partners is an added advantage.
💡 Key Competencies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
In-depth knowledge of home loan products and market dynamics.
Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and motivate DSAs.
Target-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
💻 Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Familiarity with loan processing systems.
