About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with multiple channel partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth through partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow business through multiple channel partners.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with partner branches and key stakeholders.

• Conduct regular training sessions and product presentations.

• Drive partner activation, productivity, and engagement.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

• Resolve partner queries and ensure a seamless experience.

• Prepare and share business performance reports.

• ⁠Ability to work under target and deadlines.

• ⁠Ensure adherence to company policies.

Eligibility

• Graduate preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, relationship management, BFSI, HealthTech, Insurance, or FinTech.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary:

Fixed: Upto 25000/-

Travelling Conveyance: Rs 2000/-

Incentive•: Performance Based ( 10k to 50k )
