We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage and grow relationships with existing and new banking customers. The role involves CASA acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking customers

• Acquire new Savings & Current Accounts (CASA) through referrals and branch leads

• Build long-term relationships and act as a single point of contact for customers

• Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance

• Ensure completion of KYC and documentation as per bank guidelines

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly

• Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth processing and account servicing

• Maintain customer data, interaction records, and MIS

• Ensure compliance with banking policies, audit, and regulatory norms
