Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.

  • Source accounts through field sales, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Explain bank products, features, and benefits to customers.

  • Complete account opening documentation and KYC as per bank norms.

  • Ensure timely activation of accounts.

  • Achieve daily and monthly CASA acquisition targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses.

  • Cross-sell basic banking products where applicable.

  • Maintain daily sales activity and MIS reports.
