Job Description:

We are looking for a performance-driven and well-connected Agency Sales Manager to join our team in Kanpur. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid track record in field sales, possess a strong local network, and are eager to grow their career within the life insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-potential insurance agents by leveraging your existing professional and personal network.

• Team Development: Train and mentor your team to ensure they meet their sales targets and operational goals.

• Market Growth: Expand our presence in the local Kanpur market through active field-based business development.

• Target Achievement: Ensure consistent growth in business volume through effective team management.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales is mandatory. Candidates with a strong professional background in BFSI, Real Estate, Banking, Pharma (MR), Telecommunications, DSA/Loans, or Education (Teachers) are highly encouraged to apply.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Networking: Must have a deep and active local network in Kanpur. We are looking for candidates who can effectively scout talent and business.

• Financial Compliance: A CIBIL score of 650+ is mandatory for this position.

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (fixed).
