This is a green-field opportunity for a leader who thrives on challenge and wants to create a legacy, not just manage one.Key Responsibilities:1. Distribution Network Development: · Take complete ownership for appointing and onboarding Carry & Forward (C&F) Agents, Super Stockists, and Distributors in the assigned region. · Implement and manage the advance payment business model with channel partners.2. Team Leadership & Management: · Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers (SOs). · Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and drive the team to achieve primary and secondary sales objectives.3. Sales Strategy & P&L Management: · Develop and execute a robust regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. · Manage the regional P&L, including trade spending and budget allocation, to ensure profitability.4. Market Intelligence & Growth: · Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new market opportunities and track competitor activity. · Provide strategic feedback to the management on product, pricing, and promotional strategies.Desired Candidate Profile:· Experience: 8-12 years of core sales experience in the FMCG/FMCD sector, with at least 3-4 years in a regional leadership role.· Industry Background: Candidates from FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, or F&B with strong distribution experience are preferred.
