At Denzour Nutrition, we believe great people build great brands. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (South India) to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of promoting health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and grow offline sales in the Pan India regions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by driving revenue through distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
Expand the distribution network and ensure product availability across the assigned territories.
Monitor sales performance, market coverage, and secondary sales regularly.
Recruit, train, and manage sales executives/representatives in the region.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve their individual and team sales goals.
Coordinate with the marketing team for regional brand promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to suggest growth strategies.
Ensure proper placement, visibility, and merchandising of products at retail outlets.
Monitor outstanding payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain credit discipline.
Travel extensively within South India to meet clients, visit markets, and support the sales team.
Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights with management.
Requirements:
5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG/Healthcare/Nutrition sector.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of distributor and retail networks in West India.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Nutrition sector preferred first.
