Job Summary:

The Loan Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving loan sales through a team of executives, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

• Generate and convert leads for personal loans, home loans, business loans, and other financial products.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, banking partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end sales operations including documentation, verification, and disbursement follow-up.

• Track team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

• Identify market opportunities and recommend new strategies to enhance sales productivity.

• Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA or PG in Marketing/Finance preferred).

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in loan sales or financial services (personal loans, home loans, or similar).

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

  • Knowledge of loan products, banking processes, and financial documentation.

  • Target-oriented mindset with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
