BHARAT FIN – Hiring Loan Collection Officer (Jharkhand)

Position: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Jharkhand – Bokaro, Garhwa, Gumla, Medininagar, Ranchi, Koderma, Hazaribagh, Giridih, Jamshedpur, Godda & Dhanbad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC

Eli•ibility:

- Freshers and experienced candidates•can apply.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company re•uirements).

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licen•e preferred.

- Android smartphone is mandatory.

Job R•sponsibilities:

- Visit customers to col•ect EMI payments.

- Follow up on ove•due loan accounts.

- Maintain collection records and s•bmit daily reports.

- Build positive relationships with customers while ensurin• timely collections.

- Achieve monthly collection targets as ass•gned.

Job Requirement:

- Candidate should be willing to travel within 40–80 km•from their home location.

- Good communicatio• and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for reporting.
