About the Role

Navigator Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and customer-focused Real Estate Telesales Executive to handle property-related inquiries, explain project details over calls, and convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound property inquiries

• Explain real estate project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through telephonic conversations

• Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits

• Maintain accurate call records and customer data

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visits and deal closures

• Support basic promotional activities when required

Candidate Requirements

• 0 to 1 year experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales (freshers can apply)

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)

• Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate sales domain
