Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join Vertex Realtors. In this job, you will find good properties in your assigned area and help clients buy, sell, rent, or lease them — both homes and commercial spaces.

What you will do:

• Search your assigned area and find good residential and commercial properties (for rent, lease, sale, or purchase) to add to our list.

• When the company gives you a client lead, match the client's needs with the right property from our list.

• Call the client and fix a time to visit the property.

• Take the client to see the property and explain its features and benefits clearly.

• Convince the client to finalize the deal using facts, genuine care, and good communication.

• Keep good relations with property owners, builders, and clients so they come back to us or refer others.

• Stay updated about property rates and demand in your area.

• Help clients with basic paperwork and connect them with our team for loan help if needed.

What we need:

• 12th pass or above

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in field sales (real estate experience is a plus, not compulsory)

• Good talking and convincing skills

• Knowledge of the local area

• Willingness to travel within the area for site visits

• Two-wheeler preferred
