1. Manager Level – Sales Manager / Team Leader

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Maximum

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the sales team.

• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.

• Handle client meetings and property site visits.

• Assist team members in lead conversion and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily performance reports (DPR).

• Develop effective sales strategies to improve business.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Team management abilities.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

2. Sales Executive

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Maximum

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage potential customer leads.

• Make outbound calls and handle client inquiries.

• Explain property details, pricing and project features.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

• Follow up with prospective customers.

• Maintain client databases and daily calling reports.

• Work towards achieving individual sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Customer handling and convincing abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–1 Year only.
