Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate) to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in residential/commercial real estate sales and strong closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through site visits, references, channel partners, and cold calling

• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Handle negotiations and close property deals

• Maintain database and follow-ups in CRM

• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth closure

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Good knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market

• Ability to handle high-value transactions

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Must be comfortable for field sales

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiner preferred

• Strong network in real estate market

• Experience with channel partner management
