Tejasvi Realty, a leading real estate advisory firm based in Juhu, is looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Executives to handle premium residential and commercial properties across Mumbai’s western suburbs.

We are seeking professionals who can drive transactions effectively, demonstrate strong market understanding, and build long-term client relationships.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end sales & rental transactions across residential and commercial properties

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, owners, and channel partners

• Actively deal in primary and secondary markets

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

• Guide clients through documentation, RERA compliance, agreements, and registration processes

• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, project inventory, and developer offerings

• Generate business through networking, references, and market intelligence

✅ WHAT WE EXPECT

• 3–4 years’ experience in real estate sales / broking (Western suburbs preferred)

• Strong expertise in primary market transactions and processes

• In-depth understanding of pricing, inventory, developer coordination, and deal structuring

• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and client trust-building ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, WhatsApp, email, property portals)

• Ability to work in a target-driven, field-oriented environment

• Preferred to have a two-wheeler driving capability for local travel
