➡️Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and handling property enquiries, communicating with prospective customers, explaining projects, arranging site visits, and converting leads into bookings.

➡️Key Responsibilities

Handle leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, portals, and other sources.

Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.

Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.

Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.

Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.

Achieve monthly sales, site-visit, and booking targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and project teams when required.
