Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who can handle property inquiries, meet clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and site visits

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Conduct property presentations and project briefings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Coordinate site visits and guide clients professionally

• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM updates

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets

• Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and real estate pricing

• Work closely with the sales team and management to improve conversions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Freshers can apply if confident)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Must have own vehicle for site visits
