We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Senior Sales Manager.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Location: Kharghar
Salary: 40k to 50k
Job Description:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Generate leads through various channels, manage client meetings, and conduct site visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values in the Navi Mumbai and Panvel area.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Must own a two-wheeler for travel.
