Job Overview: We are looking for a confident and dynamic Female Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for sales in the interior and property domain. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with walk-in clients and explain available property/interior options. • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business. • Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. • Coordinate with the interior and project teams for client visits and presentations. • Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed sales. • Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and closures. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate/interior domain preferred). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Presentable and confident personality. • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, etc.). • Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
