We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Omana Properties. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (minimum 1–7 years).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage high-value transactions and handle client objections.
Good knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and other sales tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.
