Job Summary
The Real Estate Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the real estate team by assisting with property research, marketing, client coordination, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on exposure to real estate transactions, market analysis, and client services, offering valuable experience in the real estate industry.
Assist agents and team members with property listings, showings, and open house preparation
Conduct market research and comparative market analyses (CMAs)
Help update and maintain property listings on MLS and internal systems
Support marketing efforts, including social media posts, flyers, email campaigns, and property presentations
Coordinate appointments, client follow-ups, and documentation
Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to transactions
Track leads, client communications, and transaction status
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and property tours
Provide general administrative support as needed
