Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to generate site visits, build client relationships, and close real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Handle inquiries received from 99acres, MagicBricks, Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and other lead sources.

  • Contact prospective buyers and investors.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Conduct property presentations and project briefings.

Client Handling

  • Arrange and conduct site visits.

  • Explain project features, location advantages, and investment potential.

  • Address customer objections and concerns professionally.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Follow-up & Conversion

  • Regular follow-up with prospects.

  • Convert inquiries into site visits, meetings, and bookings.

  • Negotiate deals and support closure of transactions.

  • Ensure timely documentation and coordination until deal completion.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update CRM on a daily basis.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Ensure zero lead leakage.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

  • 1–5 years in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, Banking, BPO, FMCG, Automobile, or Direct Sales.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Customer relationship management.

  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.

  • 40–60 Client Calls

  • 20–30 Follow-ups

  • CRM Update Compliance: 100%

Monthly

  • 15–20 Site Visits

  • 5–10 Client Meetings

  • Minimum 2 Bookings
