Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to generate site visits, build client relationships, and close real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Handle inquiries received from 99acres, MagicBricks, Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and other lead sources.
Contact prospective buyers and investors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct property presentations and project briefings.
Client Handling
Arrange and conduct site visits.
Explain project features, location advantages, and investment potential.
Address customer objections and concerns professionally.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow-up & Conversion
Regular follow-up with prospects.
Convert inquiries into site visits, meetings, and bookings.
Negotiate deals and support closure of transactions.
Ensure timely documentation and coordination until deal completion.
CRM & Reporting
Update CRM on a daily basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure zero lead leakage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
1–5 years in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, Banking, BPO, FMCG, Automobile, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer relationship management.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
