KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

• Present and promote company projects to potential customers.

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth sales and documentation process.

ELIGIBILITY

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (Residential/Commercial).

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident.

• Knowledge of real estate market is a plus.

• Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream).
