We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and walk-in clients

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales deals

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with legal, CRM, and operations teams for documentation and bookings

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hour
