We are looking for a Real Estate Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are dynamic, persuasive, and passionate about meeting people and closing property deals. The role requires building strong client relationships, conducting site visits, and following up on leads to convert them into successful sales. This is a field-intensive role with significant growth opportunities.
Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct property presentations and site tours to showcase residential/commercial projects.
Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with their preferences and budget.
Regularly follow up with leads and maintain active engagement to ensure conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, and documentation) for smooth post-sales support.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and local area developments.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–4 years in real estate sales or related field (e.g., insurance, automobiles, banking sales). Freshers with good communication skills and a strong drive to succeed may also apply.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good command of local language and basic English; Hindi is an advantage.
Proficiency in using smartphones, CRM tools, and basic MS Office applications.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
