Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through calling, networking, social media, and other channels.

• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.

• Conduct property visits, presentations, and client meetings.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Negotiate and close property transactions.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Actively participate in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs, and promotional videos.

• Create engaging and informative real estate content.

• Develop creative content ideas based on market trends.

• Build a professional on-camera presence representing Chanakya Estates.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the company's digital presence.

• Promote property listings and projects through social media.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Participate in property launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.

• Research market trends, competitors, and upcoming real estate projects.

• Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Hindi and English.

• Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking on camera.

• Interest in real estate, sales, marketing, and social media.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
