Role Responsibilities:
Product Expertise: Develop in-depth product knowledge of Godrej Properties' offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Client Engagement: Host and meet clients, conduct sales presentations, and provide property orientation about the development.
Negotiation & Closing: Successfully negotiate and close deals within specified TATs (Turn Around Time).
Sales Cycle Management: Facilitate and drive revisits, resolve customer queries, and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Conversion Optimization: Maintain consistent client follow-up to improve buying conversion ratios.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed measurable monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Channel Partner Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with Channel Partners to expand business reach.
Multi-Channel Activation: Utilize all available channels as per company requirements to expand the network and generate new business opportunities.
Market Activity: Conduct the required number of calls and market visits as specified.
Competitive Analysis: Gather and maintain up-to-date competitive information and possess a strong understanding of the micro-market, including regular competition mapping.
Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to all company systems and processes.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction to drive cross-selling opportunities and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Target Achievement: Proactively take initiatives to consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
