Job Responsibilities

• Handle property inquiries and guide customers through the complete sales process

• Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients

• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients after site visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers

• Work dedicatedly on each customer to convert leads into successful sales

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure
  

Key Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

• Professional attitude and presentable personality
  

Compensation Structure

This is a purely incentive-based role.
There is no fixed salary.

In real estate, income depends entirely on your performance and efforts. The more deals you close, the higher your earnings. There is no limit to incentives, offering unlimited growth potential for hardworking candidates.
