About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our Real Estate Sales team as interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to property sales, client interaction, lead generation, site visits, and real estate market research. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Assist clients throughout the property buying process.
Conduct follow-ups with interested customers and maintain lead records in CRM.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Research local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Assist in marketing activities, property promotions, and events.
