Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
Assign daily/weekly targets and ensure the team meets sales goals.
Train the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Monitor team performance and share reports with management.
Conduct site visits with clients and ensure proper follow-up.
Generate leads through various platforms and support team in lead conversion.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months –1years of experience in real estate sales or team handling
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of local real estate markets.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer/CRM skills.
