Every great stay starts with a great home — and every great home starts with a relationship. At Stamp Stays, we've built our name on turning beautiful properties in the hills into thoughtfully managed, guest-loved homes (4.8/5 rated across our portfolio). Now, we're growing beyond Mussoorie into Goa, and we're looking for someone who can spot the next great property before anyone else does — and win the owner's trust to bring it into the Stamp Stays family.
If you love people, understand real estate, and want to be the face of a brand that treats homeowners like partners, not vendors — this one's for you.
The Role
As Home Acquisition Manager, you'll be Stamp Stays' scout and relationship-builder rolled into one. You'll identify promising homes across our focus markets, walk owners through why Stamp Stays is the right partner for their property, and carry each relationship from first conversation to signed onboarding.
What You'll Be Doing
· Scouting and shortlisting villas, cottages, and apartments with strong short-stay potential across Uttarakhand and the Delhi NCR pipeline.
· Building genuine, long-term relationships with property owners — the kind that outlast a single deal.
· Walking owners through Stamp Stays' revenue model, positioning, and what sets us apart from larger, less personal operators.
· Owning the acquisition conversation end-to-end: first outreach, site visits, proposal walkthroughs, negotiation, and signing.
· Working closely with the operations and design teams to ensure every onboarded home matches Stamp Stays' guest experience standards.
· Keeping a sharp pulse on the local property market — pricing, competitor activity, and emerging micro-markets worth entering.
What We're Looking For
· 2+ years in real estate, hospitality, or property management — vacation rentals or homestays a strong plus.
· A natural relationship-builder who owners trust quickly and stay loyal to.
· Comfortable travelling within Uttarakhand (and periodically to Delhi/NCR) for site visits and owner meetings.
· Sharp eye for what makes a property guest-ready — layout, location, and potential.
· Confident presenting numbers and projections, but always grounded in realistic, honest terms.
· Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently without needing constant oversight.
Why Stamp Stays
We're not the biggest name in the room yet — and that's exactly the point. Owners work directly with people who actually run their property, not a call center. You'll be part of a small, high-trust team building something with real design sensibility and a genuine hospitality background, not just a listings business.
