About the Role

BuyBuzz Infra LLP is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurugram. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy meeting people, and have a passion for sales and real estate, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other channels.

• Understand clients' property requirements and suggest suitable options.

• Conduct property visits and site visits with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and provide excellent customer service.

• Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and inventory.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.

• Prior experience in real estate sales, property sales, or direct sales will be an advantage.

• Must have a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) for client meetings and site visits.

• Comfortable travelling within Gurugram and nearby locations.

• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to build a career in real estate may also apply.
